Data underlying the Research on the Identification of potential biomarkers of septic shock based on pathway analysis and immune-related transcriptome analysis

This study selected several immune-related biomarkers of septic shock, and validated their expression on clinical samples (six septic shock patients and six healthy controls) using qRT-PCR and Western blot.

本研究筛选出数种脓毒症休克相关免疫生物标志物，并采用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)与蛋白质印迹法(Western Blot)，针对6名脓毒症休克患者与6名健康对照者的临床样本，验证了上述标志物的表达水平。
