In order to identify direct target genes of FoxA1 in RT4 cells, we carried out genome-wide mapping of FoxA1. Overall design: RT4 cells were cultured in McCoy 5A medium with 10% FBS. RT4 cells were crosslinked with 1% PFA and FoxA1 ChIP was performed by using anti-FoxA1 antibody (abcam, ab5089). Sequencing libraries were generated using Rubicon ThruPLEX DNA-Seq kit. Sequecning was performed using the Illumina HiSeq2500.
