Preprocessed AnnData objects for the SC-vDeepInsight pilot study on bone marrow single-cell RNA-seq data from Zavidij et al. (2020) Nature Cancer (GEO: GSE124310). Files: mm_labelled.h5ad — 26,313 cells × 2,000 HVGs after QC, log1p normalisation (1e4), Harmony batch correction, and 3-tier disease-state labels (HD/MGUS/SMM/MM). Used for model training in Steps 3–8. held_out_markers.json — Held-out canonical marker genes used for Step 6 evaluation.
