When asked if they were willing to pay for online product returns, approximately 28 percent of surveyed respondents from Italy answered in the affirmative. Online shoppers across different territories seem to be accustomed to free online returns, as only 25 percent of UK respondents and 20 percent of Belgian respondents reported they were willing to pay for online shopping returns.
