Comparison between growth plates of newborn mice with and without Nampt deletion

Femur and tibia growth plates were obtained from 3 day-old mice in which Nampt, an essential enzyme of the NAD salvage pathway, was deleted or from control littermate mice. Cells were dissociated enzymatically and depleted from hematopoietic cells before being loaded onto a 10X Genomics microfluidics system.
