All sites have a high proportion of `visit_occurence_id` data present for Lab, Procedure, Drug, and Condition domains. All sites but one lack a high proportion of `visit_occurence_id` data in the Immunization domain. <br><br> One threshold violation was flagged in this data cycle: 1. `visit_occurrence_id`s in the Measurement table were applied to the Measurement Labs domain and are either missing (NA) or do not also exist in the `visit_occurrence table`. This flag indicates 6% of `visit_occurrence_ids` meet this criteria, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 5%.
