A dataset of endoscopic and biopsy features in ulcerative colitis: a meta-analysis including single-arm rates and odds ratios

This dataset is derived from a systematic review and meta-analysis of endoscopic and biopsy features of ulcerative colitis (UC), including two types of effect sizes: single‑arm rates (prevalence) and odds ratios (ORs). Data were retrieved from eight databases (PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang, VIP, and SinoMed) from inception to 6 July 2025. Data extraction and risk of bias assessment were performed independently by two reviewers.The dataset is provided as an Excel file containing five sheets: Baseline information; Endoscopy_rate and Histology_rate ; Endoscopy_OR and Histology_OR.
