Transcriptome sequencing for blueberry leaves under low-temperature stress

Low temperature stress is a crucial environmental factor limiting the distribution of plants, affecting the their growth and development, and reducing crop productivity. The transcriptome analysis of blueberry leaves under low-temperature treatment was performed to explore the underlying molecular mechanism. The results will broaden our understanding of blueberry leaves in response to low-temperature stress and provide basic information for improving blueberry low-temperature tolerance.
