资源简介:
Tomato yield declines under consecutive mono-cropping were common in Northern China, especially in the greenhouses there. Although the importance of soil fungi in maintaining soil quality and crop yield was well known, how they would affect the yield and how soil fungal community diversity would change, with increase of consecutive mono-cropping crops of tomatoes in the greenhouses, are still not clear. In our present study, soil fungal community at different consecutive mono-cropping crops of tomatoes were compared by using high throughput sequencing of ITS rRNA genes.
