The collections published in CSV format for the years 2016 to 2018 are built in accordance with the standard Version 2.1.3 of the [Common Local Data Base] (http://schema.data.gouv.fr/scdl/deliberations/2.1.3/), with some additional information such as DELIB-SECTEUR, which refers to the area of regional competence to which the deliberation is attached.
