Huang-Lian-Jie-Du decoction alleviates high-fat diet induced dyslipidemia and insulin resistance by suppressing CSF1 signaling pathway

Our findings demonstrated that HLJD treatment alleviated obesity associated dyslipidemia and insulin resistance by inhibiting the CSF1/CSF1R/Src/TREM2/DAP12 signaling pathway. Our study provides evidence for the first time demonstrating that HLJD could affect macrophage survival and suppress macrophage inflammation, providing the mechanistic explanation for the effectiveness of HLJD treatment in obese patients with inflammation.
