Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Strategic Map of Road Infrastructure Noise: type A Ln

The strategic noise maps (CBS) are derived from the European Directive 2002/49/EC on the assessment and management of environmental noise. They are intended to inform the public about the levels of exposure to noise through graphic representations.
In accordance with article R572-5 of the Environmental Code, the CBS include maps of areas exposed to noise, called “type A map”, in Ln (level night, night indicator from 10 pm to 6 am).
The maps show the noise-exposed areas using isophone curves ranging from 50 dB (A) to 70 dB (A) and more by 5 dB (A).
The CBS of the major road infrastructure, whose annual traffic is more than 3 million vehicles, with a deadline for the Val-d’Oise, were approved by prefectural decree of 5 December 2018.
They must be reassessed every 5 years.

战略噪声地图（Strategic Noise Maps，以下简称CBS）源自欧盟《2002/49/EC号关于环境噪声评估与管理的指令》，旨在通过可视化图表向公众公开噪声暴露水平。
根据法国《环境法典》第R572-5条规定，CBS包含标注夜间噪声暴露区域的“A型地图”，对应Ln（夜间噪声级，夜间时段为22时至次日6时）。
此类地图采用等声线曲线标注噪声暴露区域，分级间隔为5dB(A)，覆盖区间为50dB(A)至70dB(A)及以上。
针对年车流量超300万辆的瓦勒德瓦兹省大型道路基础设施对应的CBS，已于2018年12月5日经法国省长令批准通过。
此类地图需每5年开展一次重新评估工作。
