Trinity de novo contigs from host-filtered metatranscriptomic reads of potato phyllosphere and cassava rhizosphere microbiomes

This dataset contains Trinity de novo contig assemblies generated from host-filtered metatranscriptomic RNA-seq reads derived from potato phyllosphere and cassava rhizosphere samples. Reads were quality controlled, mapped to the host genome, and the unmapped reads were further filtered against Viridiplantae reference sequences before assembly. The deposited files correspond to the contig assemblies used in downstream analyses. Related raw sequencing data are available under the corresponding public project accessions. This deposition is provided to support reproducibility and facilitate data reuse.
