This dataset is collected based on an independently developed FTIR spectrometer, focusing on the infrared absorption spectra of typical leaking gases in the petrochemical industry. It includes spectral data of 12 single-component gases (8 hydrocarbon gases such as methane, benzene, etc., and 4 specific process hazardous gases such as sulfur dioxide, ammonia, etc.), 3 mixed gases simulating industrial scenarios (e.g., propylene-benzene (C3H6-C6H6), ammonia-propylene (NH3-C3H6), etc.), and outdoor experimental gas data (CH4, ethane (C2H6), ethanol, and hydrofluorocarbon).
