Purpose: The goal of this study is to identify and characterize human hematopoietic mesoderm. Methods: APLNR+ mesoderm cells derived from hESCs (H1) were sorted and collected for single cell RNA sequencing after hematopoietic differentiation. APLNR+ mesoderm cells derived from hESC were sorted by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) after hematopoietic differentiation. After cell number counting with TC20™ Automated Cell Counter Approximately Number (5000, etc.), cells were subjected to the 10XGenomics Chromium Controller machine for Gel Beads-in-Emulsion (GEM) generation.
