This database refers to 60 sweetpotato genotypes grown on two locations in Uganda in 2019 from the Mwanga Diversity Panel analyzed as dried ground material using a FOSS XDS spectrometer. Acquisition of spectra of 60 SP genotypes. 3-4 fresh roots per genotype were sliced, mixed, freeze dried and milled. Starch, amylose, solubility, swelling power, pasting time and temperature, peak viscosity, final viscosity, breakdown, setback, fructose, glucose, saccharose were analyzed and those reference data used for calibration development and validation.
