基于乡村资产大数据中心，归集全面的农村信用主体数据库，通过系统为政府公共管理信息归集、交换、公示及金融产品展示等各类网上服务功能，建立信息采集、信用评价、信用服务、异议处理、手机客户端服务等功能的信用信息服务系统，围绕信用信息数字金融应用提供“一站式”服务，以科技手段落实国家政策要求，逐步构建和完善农村信用体系建设。

Based on the rural asset big data center, this system collects a comprehensive rural credit subject database, provides various online service functions including government public management information collection, exchange, publicity and financial product display, and establishes a credit information service system with functions such as information collection, credit evaluation, credit service, dispute handling and mobile client services. It provides "one-stop" services for digital financial applications of credit information, implements national policy requirements through technological means, and gradually constructs and improves the rural credit system.
