<b>When Impulses Take the Wheel</b>

Impulsivity is a known risk factor for dangerous driving, but the mechanisms linking it to specific driving problems remain unclear. This two-study investigation tested a parallel mediation model in which driver spiritual fitness (DSF)—the capacity for value-based decision-making and moral conduct in driving contexts—and existential well-being (EWB) served as dual mediators of impulsivity’s effects on hostile/aggressive driving behaviour (DBS-AHB) and anxiety-based performance deficits (DBS-APD).
