Trypanosoma cruzi Y strain WT and K2 knockout

We undertook the identification of inhibitors of an enzyme of the Trypanosoma cruzi, the agent of Chagas' disease shown to be essential for its proliferation. The genome compares an original parasite and the ones with the enzyme gene knockout.
