Das Thema „Konflikte“ ist in allen interventiven psychosozialen Bereichen (Beratung, Therapie, Supervision) ein Dauerthema. Moreno hatte für die Lösung sozialer Konflikte das „Soziodrama“ entwickelt. Wir haben es in Paris und Düsseldorf Ende der 1960er Jahre in Projekten und Aktionen praktiziert und spezifisch theoretisch untermauert. Konflikte sind das Aufeinander-treffen widerstreitender Kräfte, die konstruktive und destruktive Potentiale entfalten können.
