Complete simulation data, processed source tables, trajectories, analysis code and working material for the paper Sequence correlations program microphase contrast in heteropolymer melts. This version archives the entire project record, including material never committed to the code repository. Files heteropolymer_microphase_data.tar (3.3 GB): full raw output of the production campaigns, mirroring the AWS results bucket. Per run: meta.json, snapshots.csv, structure_factor.npz and trajectory.npz where applicable. Includes the exploratory parameter-sweep chunks, the corrected production campaign and the seed-extension campaign. fixed_density_campaign.tar (37 MB): the 30-run fixed-density finite-size study: M = 144/288/576 chains at constant bead density, kappa = 0 and 1, five seeds each, with L(M) = 22 (M/144)^(1/3). Contains all per-run outputs, aggregated analysis tables, and the superseded first execution retained for provenance. Supplementary_Data_1_source_tables.zip (25 MB): the Supplementary Data accompanying the article: per-figure source and sensitivity tables, fixed-density per-seed/condition/exact-shell/common-wavevector tables, measurement-validation trajectories, and the figure-generation and reanalysis scripts. complete_local_archive.tar (106 MB), new in this version: everything else in the working tree, including uncommitted material: the original single-chain aging study and its robustness sweeps, local development and smoke-test runs, earlier manuscript drafts, the full manuscript_v5 build with its figures and source tables, exploratory analysis notebooks and derived tables, and the working research notes.
