Chile-ED-Resp: A Curated and Reproducible Weekly Hospital Dataset for Respiratory Emergency-Demand Forecasting in Chile

Version 1.1.0 of a curated secondary dataset derived from official DEIS/SADU weekly respiratory emergency records for 180 Chilean hospitals on a fixed 209-position 2022-2025 statistical-week calendar. Explicit zeros remain distinct from missing records, and rolling-origin evaluation code recomputes predictors at each origin.
