Dysregulated Expression of Cell Cycle Regulators CDC20, PLK1, BUB1, CDC45, CDCA5 in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal pathologies reported so far. Lack of molecular data is the main limiting factor in diagnosis and compromised therapeutic strategies for PDAC. In Pakistan, no molecular profiling of pancreatic cancer is reported so far, which limits the early diagnosis and personalized therapy. This study reports the RNA Sequencing of Pakistani Pancreatic cancer patients for the first time to generate Pakistani RNA-seq Dataset of PDAC.
