Projekt COV-WORK: I fala panelowego badania kwestionariuszowego CATI na reprezentatywnej próbie mieszkańców Polski (listopad 2021 r.)

The CATI survey was conducted on a representative, nationwide sample of adult (18+) Poles. The survey questionnaire covered the following issues: assessment of individual well-being before and during the pandemic; assessment of public policies towards the pandemic; selected dimensions of the respondents' situation on the labour market; index of the vision of a well-organised economy; index of organisational and social working conditions; selected assessments of work quality; experiences and expectations regarding remote work; socio-demographic variables (‘personal details’). The results of the study indicate that in the period from the outbreak of the pandemic to the time of the study, it did not cause as profound changes as predicted in its initial phase (apart from a probable, but unavailable for our study, ‘downward’ fluctuation in attitudes during this period marked by great uncertainty). They showed that we are dealing with an acceleration and deepening of pre-existing trends and a reconfiguration of the world of work.
