Data underlying the publication: Specific DNA binding of archaeal histones HMfA and HMfB

The research objective was studying the DNA binding properties of archaeal histones HMfA and HMfB on a high-affinity DNA sequence. We've studied this with tethered particle motion (TPM) and microscale thermophoresis (MST). This dataset contains the raw data of obtained root mean squared displacement (TPM), end-to-end distances (TPM) and observed fluorescent responses (MST).

本研究的核心目标为探究古菌组蛋白HMfA与HMfB在高亲和力DNA序列上的DNA结合特性。我们采用束缚粒子运动（tethered particle motion, TPM）与微量热泳动（microscale thermophoresis, MST）技术开展相关实验。本数据集包含本次实验获取的原始数据，具体包括TPM检测得到的均方根位移、端到端距离，以及MST检测得到的观测荧光响应。
