Non-collective remediation community sectors

The sectors covered by non-collective sanitation are decided by the municipalities or their public cooperation establishments following the procedure referred to in Article L2224-10 of the General Code of Local Authorities. These sectors may represent the whole or part of the territory of the municipality, or of the municipalities in the case of an EPCI, which has competence in the field of sanitation. For each community concerned, the following data have appeared necessary: date of the act of zoning; population of the community; population affected by non-collective sanitation
