分区规划（Zoning plan, BPL）包含约束城市规划秩序的法定强制性规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据为来自伊利ingen市（Illingen）的XPlanung 5.0版本的开发规划《Fleckenäcker 1号修订（Fleckenäcker 1. Änderung）》。说明：Fleckenäcker 1号修订地块优先用于交通用地。
