Basal gene expression of Xiphophorus skin over a 24 hour period

Gene expression profiles of Xiphophorus skin over a 24 hour period were established to identify cyclic transcriptional patterns Fish were euthanized every 3 hours throughtout a day for transcriptome profiling using RNA-Seq. Basal level gene expression is quantified and can be further utilized to identify genes exhibting cyclic expression pattern.
