EEG Speech Envelope Tracking Data

This project investigates speech tracking in people with aphasia following stroke presented in the following publication: https://osf.io/preprints/psyarxiv/uqvtk_v1 Cortical envelope tracking is compared in three groups: Control participants: N=15; Temporal lobe stroke: N=15; Frontal lobe stroke: N=14. In this repository, individual EEG data from each subject are available. The available data are as follows:In this repository, individual EEG data from each subject are available. The available data are as follows: (1) Behavioural: EEG behavioural data (dprime scores)(2) Preprocessed: Pre-processed EEG after ICA (3) BroadbandEnvAnalysis: Restructured EEG and corresponding speech envelope, and the shuffled correspondence between EEG and speech envelope(4) BroadbandEnvResults: Decoding and encoding results (including reconstruction accuracy, optimised ridge regression parameters, TRF, reconstructed EEG/envelopes and time-lagged accuracy)Data file names contain subject number corresponding to the data set in https://osf.io/preprints/psyarxiv/uqvtk_v1 e.g. "Temporal_35_eegRestructured4BroadbandEnv" corresponds to the pre-processed EEG data from participant 35 from the temporal group.
