After heat treatment of 26 varieties of pak choi, the heat-resistant varieties Jinmei(J7) and heat-sensitive varieties Sanyueman (S16) were compared and selected. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on the normal temperature control group and heat treatment group of these two varieties, and each sample was repeated three times.
