Murine NIH3T3 cells were commonly used as an in vitro cell model to study the malignant transformation of fibroblasts. We examined the effect of Angelicin(IPRN) on NIH3T3 activity stimulated by TGF-β and H2O2. To investigate the regulatory effects of IPRN on cancer-associated fibroblasts, we induced NIH3T3 cells by adding hydrogen peroxide and TGF-β. After adding IPRN, we explored the signaling pathways affected by IPRN through sequencing.
