Dataset for: Reliability and educational value of YouTube videos on penile prosthesis information

The dataset contains the raw SPSS data file (.sav) used in all analyses, with one row per video (n = 100). Variables include video source category (academician, government hospital physician, private hospital physician, non-physician), video duration, view count, number of likes, number of comments, time since upload, topic classification, modified DISCERN score, GQS score, PEMAT understandability and actionability scores, and Total Informative Score (TIS). Variable names are in Turkish and abbreviated; value codes for categorical variables (e.g., video source, topic, and the EAU-based informational items) are labelled in Turkish within the .sav file.
