Whole genome sequencing of anaerobic bacteria isolated from blood cultures.

Whole genome sequencing was performed to correctly identify anaerobic bacteria. Pure cultures were obtained from many samples, but pure cultures were difficult to obtain for some samples. Therefore, some sequences contained two or three bacterial genome sequences. These were useful in understanding anaerobic infections caused by multiple bacterial species.
