资源简介:
The Tsukuba-Plant Innovation Research Center at the University of Tsukuba in Japan maintains a unique upland fertilizer test field, in which management practices have systematically controlled fertilization and crop rotation since 1986. This field comprises 12 plots fertilized under different conditions in which ground nut, fallow, potato, buckwheat, rye, sweet potato, wheat, buckwheat, and rye are rotated every four years. Systematic management over three decades with minimum pesticides has resulted in stable crop production, which indicates stable control of the bacterial community structure and soil properties. This BioProject investigated six test plots under different fertilization conditions (without fertilizer, and one each fertilized with phosphate and potassium, nitrogen and potassium, nitrogen and phosphate, three macronutrients, and compost) in the test field during a single season of buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) cultivation. Soil samples in the plots were collected at the following stages throughout buckwheat cultivation: before fertilization, after fertilization, flowering, ripening, and post-harvest.
