Single-cell sequencing of PBMCs from myasthenia crisis patients

This project contains pre-processed single-cell sequencing data of the human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from three myasthenia crisis patinets. This is a self-control study, and every patients were sampled twice (at the most acute stage and at three months after discharge). The patients are composed of 2 AChR+ and 1 MuSK+ myasthenia patients (2 males and 1 female, 66.67±17.10 years old). ***The submitters delares that the raw sequence data generated in this study will been deposited in the National Omics Data Encyclopedia database of Bio-Med Big Data Center, Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences due to data privacy laws and access can be obtained by reasonable request to the corresponding authors.
