The aim of this research was to confirm the regulatory effect of RUVBL1 on gene expression in castration resistant prostate cancer. Overall design: In this research, there were six samples examined including samples of negative control cells (C4-2B-ENZR-NC) and samples of RUVBL1 knocked-down cells (C4-2B-ENZR-siRUVBL1).
