Pitfalls in combining genome resequencing and GBS data for population genomic and phylogenomic inference

Using two data types for each accession, genome resequencing and GBS, we explore the difficulties in combining the two data sets together for meaningful inference. We show the inconsistencies that arise and recommended against combining data types.
