Skeletal muscle reprogramming enhances reinnervation after peripheral nerve injury

RNA sequencing data from mice that express NANOG in the skeletal muscle upon doxycycline administration through Elvax. TA muscle was harvested 5 and 16 weeks after nerve transection and Elvax-dox induced NANOG expression, from both transected (right leg/TA) and non-transected (left leg/TA) legs. WT animals that didn't express NANOG served as controls.
