The MathWorks Matlab files (‘.mat’) are named after the cortical depth and contain Oxyphor2P decay data (‘Oxyphor2P.decay’), the derived pO2 values (‘Oxyphor2P.pO2Value’) and their coordinates (X: ‘Oxyphor2P.X_reference _coordinates’ and Y: ‘Oxyphor2P.Y_reference _coordinates’), which relate to the reference images with astrocyte-staining with SR101 (‘reference.SR101’), vasculature containing FITC (‘reference.FITC’) and the Oxyphor2P distribution (‘reference.Oxyphor2P’).
