The tissue dataset was derived from 4T1 tumors implanted in mouse tissue, representing an in vivo biological environment with increased complexity in background fluorescence and tissue structure. This dataset contains 54 FOVs with 28 z-slices per field and a spatial resolution of 0.174129 μm per pixel. Each FOV spans 1608 × 1608 pixels. The dataset is organized by imaging round per FOV. There are 9 imaging rounds. More information can be found in data organization csv.
