Forest protection area

Forest protection areas include banished and closed forests and are designated by the higher forestry authority by statutory instrument in accordance with § 32 LWaldG.

Banning forests according to § 32 of the Provincial Forest Act (Landeswaldgesetz, LWaldG) are defined as total reserves left to themselves in which no forestry management takes place.
Rainforests are managed and maintained in contrast to banning forests. Depending on the protection objective, it is necessary to maintain a certain form of management.

森林保护区域涵盖禁伐林与封育林，由上级林业主管部门依据《州森林法》（Landeswaldgesetz，LWaldG）第32条，通过法定文书划定。
