Transcriptome Analysis of Root, Stem, and Leaf Tissues in Larix olgensis Seedlings under Exogenous ABA(Abscisic Acid) Treatment

This study investigated the effects of exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) on the physiological and biochemical responses in the roots, stems, and leaves of Larix olgensis seedlings. One-year-old uniformly grown Larix olgensis seedlings were treated with ABA (50 mg/L). Tissue samples from roots, stems, and leaves were collected at 0, 24, and 48 hours after treatment, with three biological replicates at each time point. The aim of this study was to explore the regulatory role of ABA in Larix olgensis.
