Endophytes include bacterial or fungal microorganisms that live in/in the tissues of plants but do not cause any visible signs of disease in their host. In addition to the studies on the beneficial effects of many endophytic microorganisms, especially for plant growth, the number of studies on the biotechnological applications of these microorganisms is increasing rapidly. Within the scope of this study, growth/colony morphology of G15S1 coded bacterial endophyte isolate in different media was determined, biochemical characterization and whole genome sequencing has just been done by next generation sequencing.
