Accommodation prices and EHPAD dependency rates

In order to increase transparency and information on prices in residential institutions for dependent elderly people (EHPAD), the law on adapting society to ageing obliges EHPADs to send to the National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy (CNSA) their accommodation prices and dependency rates for a display in the EHPAD directory of the information portal www.pour-les-personnes-agees.gouv.fr Implementing Decree 2015-1868 of 30 December 2015 of the Law on the Adaptation of Society to Ageing specifies: — the arrangements for the transmission of accommodation prices and dependency rates each year to the CNSA, — the list of minimum benefits to be offered by EHPADs Since 2016, the prices of accommodation and dependency rates of EHPADs and are thus displayed in the directory of EHPADs of the information portal www.pour-les-personnes-agees.gouv.fr. They are updated annually, at least once before June 30, by institutions via a dedicated Price-ESMS application.The prices entered in the application are then reflected in the directory of the information portal www.pour-les-personnes-agees.gouv.fr within 48 hours. In this new publication, the CNSA makes available the database of accommodation prices and dependency rates transmitted by EHPADs and posted on the portal at 31/12/2019. **Note for 2019 data**: the file List_FINESS_EHPAD_non_pris_encount_2019.xlsx gives the list of EHPADs not included in the dataset because they are absent from FINESS databases at 31/12/2019 (data.gouv.fr).
