Nature reserves generating servitudes AC3 in Languedoc-Roussillon

The territory of all or part of the municipalities may be classified as a nature reserve when the conservation of the natural environment is of particular importance or where they should be exempted from any artificial intervention likely to degrade it.Art. L 242-1 of the RuralArt Code. L 332-1 of the code of l'environment The generator of #x27; a servitude of #x27; a public utility is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under #x27; effect of #x27; a regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; land use of the surrounding land.The disappearance or destruction on the ground of the generator n' has no consequence of eliminating the servitude(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or #x27; repeal taken by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.
