Research data - ATP-oil effects on erythrocytes survival in culture statistics for Figure 1

Serum‑free culture of red blood cells (RBCs) often results in rapid loss of viability. In this study, RBCs from nine healthy donors were maintained for 18 days under control, vehicle, genuine ATP‑oil®, and mimicking oil conditions. Genuine ATP‑oil® preserved 35–50% viability at day 18 and reduced bacterial contamination, highlighting its dual role in RBC preservation and microbial suppression under serum‑free conditions. This dataset is directly related to statistical analyses performed in GraphPad Prism 10.5.
