Transcriptome analysis of Foc Race1 challenged Musa spp.

In this project, we conducted a comprehensive transcriptome analysis to investigate the impact of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (Foc) Race 1 on both resistant (Cv Rose) and susceptible (Namarai) cultivars. A total of 40 samples were collected, with two replicates for each combination of cultivar and tissue type (root and corm). The samples were obtained at different time intervals after challenging the plants with Foc Race 1, including the 0th day (control), 2nd day, 4th day, 6th day, and 8th day.
