Mutant p53 alters gene expression in human acute myeloid leukemia cells [patients]

We found that Mutant p53 alters gene expression in human acute myeloid leukemia cells . To determine whether mutant p53 alters gene transcription in human leuemia cells, we performed RNA-seq using primary AML cells with missense TP53 mutations and control cells from lymphoma patients who have normal hematopoiesis and no TP53 mutations.
