资源简介:
Objective: Based on the "gene-environment-phenotype-behavior" model, this study examined the influence of parent-child relationships, subjective well-being, and the 5-HTR1A gene rs6295 polymorphism on adolescent prosocial behavior. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 701 junior high school students, and DNA genotyping techniques were used to obtain SNP data for the 5-HTR1A gene. Results: (1) Parent-child relationships significantly predicted adolescent prosocial behavior; (2) Subjective well-being mediated the relationship between parent-child relationships and prosocial behavior; (3) rs6295 polymorphism plays a regulating role in the relationship between parent-child relationship and subjective well-being. Specifically, compared with the individuals carrying the G/C and C/C genotypes of rs6295 locus, the parent-child relationship of individuals carrying the G/G genotype of rs6295 locus has a stronger predictive effect on subjective well-being. Conclusion: Parent-child relationship significantly predicted adolescent prosocial behavior, subjective well-being played an intermediary role, and rs6295 polymorphism moderated the influence of parent-child relationship on subjective well-being, among which G/G genotype parent-child relationship had a stronger predictive effect on subjective well-being.
