Transcriptomic analyses were conducted to discover potential mechanisms of TGF-β1-induced changes in MSCs and the effect of MDSC supernatant treatment. Four groups were included to perform RNA-seq analysis: MSCs without treatment (control), MSCs treated with 5 ng/mL TGF-β1 (TGF-β1), MSCs treated with 5 ng/mL TGF-β1 plus M-MDSC supernatant (TGF-β1 with M-MDSC sup) and MSCs treated with 5 ng/mL TGF-β1 plus G-MDSC supernatant (TGF-β1 with G-MDSC sup).
